Working one on one with a trainer will help you reach your goals by providing accountability, motivation, education, individualization, efficiency and safety to your exercise program.

    Team sessions are designed so that you can work out with friends under the supervision of a trainer. For some people, it is helpful to exercise with others. Team up with friends or family members for more motivation and accountability! Team training consists of two to four individuals per trainer and is available in 60-minute or 30-minute sessions.

    Conducted by Gary Henderson, D.C., licensed Chiropractor, this 30-minute session combines chiropractic services, rehabilitative services and/or a challenging effective workout.
