Our goal is for you to become comfortable and confident while exercising at RHFC. Eventually, this will lead you to be able to exercise on your own and experience real results.

Motivation: Your Personal Trainer will identify the best way to motivate you. Most of us know what motivates us, but trainers don’t let us forget!
Results: Make every minute you spend exercising have an impact. Trainers provide adaptations during your workouts that promote physical changes. Modifying your workout, appropriate effort, results in achieving your goals faster.
Accountability: Sometimes it’s easy to talk yourself out of exercising, especially before it becomes a habit! Having an appointment with your trainer can be the difference between exercising or not. The more consistently you exercise, the faster you improve your overall health.
Variety: Performing the same exercises for every workout not only becomes boring but is also ineffective! Your trainer will utilize a wide variety of exercises and equipment. This includes weight machines, free weights, plyometrics, interval training, suspension training (TRX), core stabilization and stretching.
